We understand the importance of getting full cover when you’re on holiday, especially if you have existing medical conditions. At Spectrum Travel Insurance, we can consider cover for hundreds of medical conditions, and we pride ourselves on providing quality travel insurance policies to suit the needs of our customers.
Although we believe our policies are excellent value for money, we want to ensure we are always putting our customers and their needs first. Therefore, if you feel as though the price you have been quoted is too high, or you are unable to find cover with us, we wanted to let you know that you can access a number of specialist providers on a directory provided by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
Spectrum is a travel insurance specialist which the Money and Pensions Service has selected for inclusion in the Money Advice Service travel insurance directory, which the FCA has confirmed meets its criteria for a ‘medical cover firm directory’.

What is the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS)?
MaPS is a free and impartial money advice service, set up by the Government to provide information and guides to help improve your finances. The MaPS travel insurance directory has been created for people who have potentially been refused cover, had cover excluded, or received a high additional premium in connection to their medical conditions, to allow them to shop around alternative providers.
